Alex Segelhurst

Alex Segelhurst is a Buffalo native who graduated from St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute in 2013. He attended Canisius College where he was a member of the English Honors Society. During his senior year of undergrad, Alex worked as the assistant to the head of the English Department, wrote a thesis for the All-College Honors Program, and served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of Canisius's annual literary magazine, Quadrangle. He graduated from Canisius in 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in both English and Creative Writing.

Alex enrolled in the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2019. While there, he was a member of the Mediation Clinic, Co-Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, and completed a semester-long independent study on the history of labor strikes in the US at the turn of the 20th century. He received his Juris Doctor degree from UB in 2021 and was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in January of 2023.
